Position Overview:

As a Social Media Manager at Iravata Technologies, you will be at the helm of our digital presence, managing and growing our online communities. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can create compelling content, engage with our audience, and drive our brand through various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility and influence across all platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that reflects our brand’s voice and appeals to our target audiences.
  • Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments; manage social media partnerships with other brands; and oversee social media account design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social media activities using metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, and conversions, refining strategies as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and updates in social media to ensure maximum effectiveness.


  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
