Position Overview:

Iravata Technologies is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the front line of support for our customers and help maintain our reputation for outstanding service. You will handle inquiries, provide resolutions, and ensure that every customer interaction is positive and productive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
